Very slow to get you in for labs even if you get there before they open... I am on timed labs and I had to leave and go elsewhere the next day so I could get my labs drawn at an acceptable time and get my other medication taken on time AFTER my labs are drawn... I don't think I will be back to this place but unfortunately I have to drive a good distance for blood work..

This is where I go to get my blood drawn when a doctor orders it. They are generally always busy and sometimes short staffed, but they are the only game in town. I've always been nice to the receptionist and the phlebotomist and I have not had any problems. I know they deal with a lot of people and generally that can cause them to not be such happy people. Today I got someone who was new at drawing blood. They were definitely a little short tempered and not that good and it hurt. I gritted my teeth, and soon it was over, but I will definitely remember this person, and may ask for someone else if I come back.

Had to get a blood test for my Dr. visit. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff.

Staff was great. BSW Doctors office did not send appropriate orders. When they did they only sent half of the orders. The CPL staff was very helpful in sorting this issue.

The women at the lab area do not acknowledge you at all. After standing there making eye contact (they have a sliding glass window) to verify I was in the correct place.... one of the ladies eventually said to sit down if I had signed in. They didn't ask if I had a question or needed help or anything. I stated my question and they just shook their head without providing additional information. The lady shook her head yes, that this was the labs for BSW, then after waiting 50 mins for them to call my name they said they did not have any orders for me. This is NOT where you go if you have labs for BSW.
