This was my second time going to Big G for a windshield repair and they did not disappoint! I got a bad chip while driving on HWY 60. The guys were on lunch break so I left my vehicle for a repair and they gave me a quick ride back to my house. I had to go out of town the same day and they were going to close before I made it back home to Wharton. They were able to drop my car off at my house for me. They even cleaned up my nasty windshield I had been unable to wash so the crack could stay dry. Top notch service, everyone was so friendly too. Wharton is really fortunate to have “Big G Auto Glass! Last month I had a rock hit my windshield twice , the first rock was an obvious shatter right in my vision spot so we went directly to Big G and 30minutes late it was gone. The employees took care of us ,from the ladies at the front that felt with our insurance company,to the gentleman that fixed the shatter. The second day therock wasn’t as obvious and we thought it didn’t crack the glass but we were wrong,it was on the side of the windshield didn’t shatter but began to run. I wasn’t sure if they could fix it but they did another excellent job! So check them out,you won’t be disappointed.

We were traveling through on vacation & our 2019 GMC 1 ton truck along with several other vehicles were vandalized & robbed during the night at the hotel we stayed at,(Holiday Inn Express)in Wharton,where our front passenger side window was busted completely out by the thieves!We called a couple of different places the next morning but"Big G Auto Glass" was the one that very kindly got us in ASAP to replace our window & did a great job & very reasonable priced & timely & got us back on our way again!! We're very appreciative!!

I had a rock chip in my windshield and stopped in to see if they could fix it. They were able to get me in quickly and fix it the same day, while I waited. Friendly staff and prompt service. Would recommend for auto glass issues.
