Back 40 Carwash has bad Customer Service . We went through the Automated carwash and the machine did not trun on once we paid. They 9 dollars were taken out of our acct, but nothing turned on. I call to Let them know and I get a voice-mail. So we put a barrel in the path so that it wouldn't happen to anyone else. I call them back and let them know what we did just in case it was not working , we get a call back not even 2 minutes later. She said she would be there to turn it on for us but to let us know NOT TO BE PUTTING THE BARRELS OUT. So I told her we'll I did it so Noone else got screwed. She was not happy. They lady reiterated that also when we went back. And this has not been the first time this has happen to us. We call the number and no call back, until we put the barrel. So if anyone goes to 40 carwash take cash DONT USE YOUR CARD.Rant over!?♀️

Not a car wash you would go to if u expected everything to work, or for there to be soap in the machine cause odds are you will be washing your car with plain water

The timers at this wash aren’t very accurate and when the clock starts beeping it’ll shut you down very quickly . I left with a soapy car because I didn’t get the quarters in “on time”, which apparently is 20-30 seconds.

The vaccum is the only good thing about that carwash. The time is not long enough. It takes about 7 bucks to wash a li car. U add a qtr u only get 20 sec. So I rather go with Marshal
