They never answer their phone not 1 department not even HR. DONT use scan and go because they will accuse you of stealing. The scan and go lane has a white "lane closed" barrier and they expect me to know that im still supposed to go through the line the older asian lady accused Grace (the store manager) of wanting it like that which makes absolutely no sense unless Grace is a little slow.

Auto care center was horrible. 3 hour wait to get one new tire while Service Manager said he couldn't help because he had to do notes.

Never answer their phones and I was even told this by a supervisor. They are aware they just don’t care.

Cashiers are almost nonexistent, tons of self scans but less than half are open to use. Other than that shopping experience is feasible

Awful at answering their phones! I needed to check to see if they had a product before driving across town. I followed the phone prompts to the electronics department. No answer after letting the phone ring 2.5 minutes. I called back, pressed zero for the operator, and again waited over two minutes with no answer. Do better, Walmart!

I visited Sam's club yesterday and ordered two hot dogs but there was another of mold growing on the sausages. And they even came out cold and not reheated. I received a refund but how could something like this happend in large shopping center?

I hate going through self check out but they hardly ever have actual cashiers, anyways while me and my brother were purchasing our items this lately racially profiled up and came to us multiple times and asked if we scanned items when I literally pulled everything out and showed her the screen the every item was scanned. When she wasn’t even looking at the white people in self checkout.

I hate to be mean and the 2 stars are only because of the nice woman that I met who was of assistance (from Chicago, in the make up area).
I came from another side of town because your store shows to have a Coleman 18x48 pool. I notice seasonal is changing to new school year supplies. All pools are in the center main aisle. But no 18x48 pool. I happen across 2 who appear to be equipped to assist. They each plug the information into their handheld scanners. Ah, it is here, BUT, it's in the back and they're doing inventory. It can't be retrieved. What?! I'm about to buy a $500 pool and I've come from across town to purchase it. It's suggested that I purchase online and pickup tomorrow. Ok, this is now just batpoop crazy! I have tonight to work on my project, not tomorrow.
What a complete letdown. In all of my years in retail management, never once have I denied a customer their purchase. I simply adjust my area counts. Not hard. Especially on a $500 sale. When I purchase an item that becomes MY property and I want to take my rightfully owned property home. Your store is open, I'm ready to purchase, store inventory counts should never take priority over a customer's needs, especially on single ticket items and when the customer took the time to travel to your store to purchase. I'm quite sure your systems promptly account fir that single item as being sold and out of your inventory. And to think I dang near opted to purchase one of the $700 Coleman pools when I couldn't locate the 18x48. I may end up doing that just but at my local store.
Thanks for nothing. Literally, nothing!
