Quiet just not enough parking. Other than that nice clean place. Neighbors upstairs and below me are loud at times.... throwing parties on their balcony where I can hear the conversation with my doors and windows closed and the music turned to a level not appropriate for after 10pm

Seen this place on driving on base and stopped by to check it out. Met Niko and he took me and my wife on a tour of the apartment and went very well. He was able to get us in an apartment the next day and made the whole transition smooth. Thanks again for the professionalism and energy to help us out.

screw this place. I will NEVER live here again. when i went to move out after my lease i spent 3 days detailing and cleaning everything. after i moved out they called me to tell me i had to pay 600$ for cleaning and things when i had already busted myback cleaning. then they trued to over charge me for “staying an extra 3 days” when i had moved out two days before the move out date. this place is a scam and will try to take every penny they can.

If you like your credit where it is SEEK OTHER SHELTER. Lived here from 2016-2018. GARBAGE MANAGEMENT routinely refused to remove the softball sized yellowjacket nests on the buildings so they became a serious hazard, refused to allow residents to use the community garbage bins as permitted in the lease agreement, fined us for a dog we never owned, and has been chasing me and my wife around the country for a month of rent that we werent even in the country for. Awful place to live.

Avoid this place at all cost!! They will get mad if you call them out on not keeping up with the property. Your ac goes out in the middle of the summer they will take a month at least to fix it. Oh and they won’t have any window units for you because other residents are using them because the complex can’t keep up or maintain their units. They will scam you for money and hit you with all sorts of hidden fees. The complex can’t even keep staff that’s how bad they are! Please avoid if you want somewhere that values military, veterans, or first responders this is not the place! Go check out The standard river district way better place. Honestly anywhere else is better! If they would get a new property manager that isn’t lazy they might actually have something!

Definitely don't waste your time. They deny you and don't give a reason why then when it's time to get your funds back they tell you, you have to wait a whole month to get your money back in a form of a check. The same way I gave you my money is the same way I should receive it back. I shouldn't have to wait A WHOLE FREAKING month !!!!!! Ridiculous!

Please do not waste your time with Village of Hawks Creek. I am a current resident, and we have been having air conditioning issues. It’s has been over two weeks now, and the complex has still not fixed the issues that we reported over two weeks ago. It seems as though our AC maintenance request (rather, ANY of our maintenance requests) is not a priority for them, and each agent that works here has a different update/story for us each day. I have to call them for an update on the issue each day rather than them calling me as they say they will. My roommate and I have been having to sleep on an air mattress in our living room due to the fact that the temporary window unit we were given does not cool our entire apartment. The customer service and responses that we have experienced with Village of Hawks Creek has been very poor, and we do not feel as though we are valued residents. Needless to say, we will be moving out as soon as our lease here ends. Like mentioned at the beginning, please do not waste your time with this apartment complex. There is a reason that their pricing is reasonably cheap.

I've been at hawkcreek for about 4 months now and when I had an issue with billing the management took care of me and understood the situation. They always welcome me in and respond to any issue. They are willing to help in any way and send out notifications regularly so people aren't surprised! Hoping to stay here for awhile and continue calling this place my home.

This is a review for an experience with an assistant manager and not for a living experience here - just a disclaimer that I have not yet lived here, but wanted to take the time to show appreciation for Laura Sako. My fiance and I have been apartment shopping, and our visit with Laura was the most positive one we've had. We didn't feel pushed, she answered our questions honestly and was straightforward.

We’ve lived here the past 4 years while my husband finished medical school and had a great experience. The maintenance staff was always timely in completing requests, never had an issue there. The office was always kind and very helpful, worked with Laura and she was very helpful. Despite what other reviewers are saying, we never had an issue with finding parking spaces though it may be where we were located (building 11).Gym was super nice to have, open majority of the time. Only con is that the pool was open maybe half the time we lived there (partly due to COVID, partly due to renovating it). Such a bummer during the summer when you want to swim and count on that amenity. Hopefully it opens soon for good and they won’t close it.Overall would recommend living here!

I have lived here for a little over three years. The first year to year and a half was great, had no issues, communication from the leasing office was provided in a timely manner and any issues were taken care of promptly. Then something changed... The amenities started to break and things never got replaced despite my asking multiple times and even following up.1. Half the gym equipment doesn't work that well (broken dumbells, faulty benches, inoperable treadmills and bikes). Would also like to mention the 3-7 screaming children that somehow get into the facilities and proceed to yell and jump all over the equipment. They usually pound on the window until someone opens the door which is annoying.2. The laundry facilities are disgusting. I was fine using them the first year but then the washers started to break and no one ever cleaned the room so it is now filthy. I brought these issues to the attention of the leasing office and the machines were never really fixed and the room was never cleaned. I would say one out of the four washers kinda works? If I use a different one it usually ends up messing my clothes up.3. My roof also was leaking from August to March. I put like four maintenance requests in and the staff resolves them; however, it got worse each time it rained. It seems to be better now after the fourth or fifth attempt. Each time I let management know and they never responded or communicated anything with me.4. Lastly (I could go on but I'm running out of characters), I attempted multiple times to get a corporate contact and management basically refused and just kept ignoring my emails. The office manager, Isis, has been about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. She's the reason I'm using my valuable time to write this review. I warned them that their lack of customer service would force my hand and I am a man of my word. All in all, please don't live here if there are other options. Thank you, goodbye.

I walked into the property to be greeted warmly and welcomed into the office. I spoke with the Assistant Property Manager who was an absolute joy to work with, she showed me several options in the specifications I needed, and I took some information home about pricing and expectations.
