When I got to the storage place next door, my rear truck tire had a huge screw sticking out and was hissing away. I rolled the tire next door and they could not have been more kind and courteous. “Needed one new tire, and wanted to match it up with the other new tire that I had to put on my vehicle a 1000 miles prior on the front(drive axle) of my car. Went to Pep Boys,and got told they could only put the new tire on the rear axle due to "safety" concerns.... Came to Alta Mere Tires. I not only got the same price I did up the street, they were able to do exactly what I requested, and had me in and out in about 30 minutes.... You just won all my future tire business.”

“Manager, Matt Grymko, took 20 minutes giving be a concise breakdown of what his store offers versus competitors (e.g., Costco, Sam’s, etc). In conjunction with Mr. Grymko’s honest assessment (pros & cons of Discount), plus my own research, I decided that Discount Tire was the way to go.
If you don’t believe me, consider attempting to make an appointment with Costco. Better yet, attempt to get a flat fixed in a timely manner. I like
Costco, but they’ve got a lot of ground to make up before they’re on par with Discount Tire. Better to deal with someone who specializes in tires & wheels than tires, wheels, ladies’ socks, & $1.50 hotdogs.
Also, everyone I spoke to at Discount was very professional & well-versed in their trade. Facility was very clean, too.
