I am a Disabled Veteran and bank with them. Ms Betty is so rude it is unbelievable how she treated me when I went in to make a deposit.Sadly, she doesn’t seem to have much respect for the banks customers..

Front Counter reps were quite pleasant! Always efficient.I needed to remove authorized users from an account and had to wait for a desk rep. I worked with Wianna. She was unwelcoming and extremely dry. Only able to remove one person because her system didn’t show her the other user. Although the user has an active card and still attached to my account. She told me to call the number on my card for assistance. I refuse to allow her to assist me again in the future.Called customer service and they informed me that the second user had already been removed by the branch rep.

Absolutely worst customer service ever at this branch. The lady working the teller desk is rude and condescending. And she covered her name tag so I couldn’t see it. All I need was a simple card printed and she made it the worst experience ever!

The worst bank ever! Took 700$ of my money because I wanted to switch banks 200$ was overdrawn before that from who knows who and was also not reimbursed for that, ever since I’ve had this bank they’ve don’t nothing but take my money.

We went in to do a wire transfer to one of our suppliers out of county and they were more than helpful. It wasn't a fast process, not sure why, we did sit for 45 minutes as it appeared the lady was doing our paperwork as well as close of day paperwork. I'd expected this process to be maybe 20 minutes, not almost an hour. Location is easy to access, fairly new, it's by NAS Fort Worth, lots of military around there. The service we received was decent, but slowed. The cost of the transfer was $5 more than our other banks, but they were the only ones that could do it after 4 pm. We got it done, took a while, but it was completed and we left happy we didn't have to travel around with so much cash in our bag.

Went in as instructed by the Navy Fed representative on the phone to get help with a claim and new card. I got the new card but the representative at the branch that was supposed to help me with my claim basically told me to call and do it all on my own. When I was told they could help me there but she didn’t want to. If you go in and get Betty to help you just go home and call the 888 number you’ll actually get help.

Called in to verify some info before heading into the branch and all went smooth. Checked in, waited about 5 seconds and had my business handled promptly. Cindy was great! 5 stars!

My wife and I vacationed on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship last April. We paid for a beverage drink package of $159.20, but did not get to enjoy it during our cruise and the cause was Royal Caribbean. We reached out to Royal Caribbean customer service shortly after our experience to request a refund. Keep in mind this was our first cruise ever and had no idea we had to request a refund before exiting the ship. And better than that they told us we had to request a refund before the last day of the cruise. This is insane Royal Caribbean says we are basically out of luck. So my wife and I are like what they just scammed us. We decided to reach to our credit card (Master Card) customer through Navy Federal and filed a claim. Once NF finally sent a message through the App itâ s an automatic decline for credit. And they send us a message from Royal Caribbean saying we used the drink package and they will not issue credit. We attempted to dispute the credit of $159.20 many times but weâ re not even considered by Navy Federal for a credit. NF will not even consider our side of the story. Basically calls us liars even though we are the ones who experienced the cruise not Royal Caribbean or Navy Federal. We are currently looking for another bank and credit card company. *Highly Suggest Not To Bank With Navy Federal or Cruise With Royal Caribbean*

Do not get a flights reward CC through them, worked our way up to 100,000 points for use on flights. Have to book through navyfed and the points they charge to use are x3 the points/price from the actual airlines company and their response is "it is what it is" ever since they went mobile and over the phone there's nothing separating them from any other bank. 8+ years just to move forward and clear all accounts.

Had papers in a child case notarized here. They took copies to keep even. Altercation occurred in parking lot and can't get copies again. Thanks for putting a 6 month old safety at risk with his father who created the altercations in not being able to provide any more copies. Here's to waiting on the system for another sheet!

If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you issue a card that doesn’t work, won’t let someone withdraw their own money, try to lie to the police and act like you can’t do anything. The Branch Manager NEEDS TO BE FIRED. The lack of customer service and assistance in any matter is ridiculous. How do you hold someone’s money for almost a month for an error on your end. Do you not think people have bills and essentials that need to be paid. It even states that you offer instant debit cards so I’m not seeing the issue on why my money is not being able to be withdrawn. I will be filing a law suit against this branch and everyone involved. Per the Police advice. I will make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
