“Customer service was okay…ordered tires and received no paperwork. Asked to take pic of order info and told ab a day to two days…I returned to just check to see if it was in. I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.”

“I initially got tires from them which were in very great condition for used tires because you can come across some bad used tire shops but not this one. After getting good tires I now needed repairs and I must say they did not disappoint, they were fast,great communication, and very informative on other issues that they observed that needed fixing. update 12/27/18 was 5 stars but they got 2 popular and started jacking their prices up too high. I've been buying my new tires and used tires here for years the owner acts like he's knows you but has no clue who you are.
12/28/18 well I was wrong. He definitely knows who you are. That is what I expect when doing business with small businesses. So I'll change my review back to five stars and thank you Mohammed for taking the time.

“I recently bought a 1995 Chevy van that has been sitting for many years. I took it in for them to look over, I'm planning to road trip with it. The van had sat for years unused. They identified many issues, mostly dried and cracking rubber parts and I had them replace many things that were 30 yrs old. It took about 3 weeks to complete the job because many of the parts are not commonly available. They kept me updated as they searched for new parts. I don't remember what it was but one thing had to be sent from Georgia, another, a a/c hose had to be made locally. The mechanic, I think his name was Shawn, walked me thru all the work that had been completed so far, which was a lot and it looked great! It was all within my budget and their ability to find parts from all over the US leaves me impressed. I was expecting much more time needed or I would have to take it to more than one shop to get the restoration work I wanted done. So to anyone looking to restore an old vehicle, I highly recommend Jewel. Obviously, if they can do all I wanted and needed, finding new parts that are not found easily anymore, than any more modern vehicle would easy to repair. Thanks everyone at Jewel, can't wait to hit the road.”

“My car would not start in front of LA Fitnness today. Julian and Trey went out of there way to walk over with jump box to jump my car. The battery and alternator were shot. They order me a battery and had it delivered quickly. I was on my way home within an hour. Reasonable price and saved my car from having been towed. Trey and Julian are life savers and great customer service. Highly recommend them!!!”
