Week 1 everyone knew our daughter’s name and how she was doing. The teachers are so caring! Nutritional meals and snacks provided. Fantastic new facility. No shortage of supplies. “I started my child at Children's Lighthouse when they were about 2 months old. Of course as a new mom I was very nervous at first, but they made everything so easy! They are great on communication and are very transparent with my baby's care. The cost may be a little bit on the higher side (for our family at least), but with the care provided, it's worth every penny! The only reason we are taking our child out is because we are moving to a different part of Texas. I would highly recommend Children's Lighthouse!”

“I cannot express enough how good this school has been for my children. I started my son in 2020, when everything was shut down, as a way to get him some exposure to kids his age. He was 2 and speech delayed. For the last 3 years (2yo class, 3yo class, and now pre-K), the teachers have nurtured him. They have been patient and loving and have helped him, at his level, to learn all the basics of letters and numbers, to do science experiments and to do arts and crafts. He has thrived and he loves that school. My daughter is now in the 2yo class, too, and she cannot wait to get to school every day.They are good academically, and they are also nurturing spiritually. My kids can both work through the Lord's Prayer and have learned basic Bible stories (they apparently listen better at school than they do to me!).This has been a wonderful environment for both of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“My son started at the The Learning Experience last May and since then the center has taken in my son as one of their own. Every teacher has gotten to know my son and built a relationship with him. The director, Kristi, has been my saving grace when I had to transition back to work. She truly took the time to help me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety of leaving my baby to return back to work. His teachers have helped him hit his milestone and grow his development. Watching my son smile as soon as we walk through the doors have truly been a blessing. “I can't put into words how much my family loves this daycare. My first son joined when he was 9 months back in 2021 and my second when he was just 4 months last year. My now 3 year old wouldn't be the smart, loving, curious little boy he is today without the guidance the teachers provided him everyday. Being there for so long we saw many teachers come and go, but not once did I ever feel like my child was not immediately loved. We were so heartbroken to leave due to moving to a different town and miss the teachers and staff at the center dearly. Tuition is on the pricier side of childcare, but if you are able to afford it, it's worth every penny.”

“I’ve sent my daughter to 2 different daycares before this one and had not so good experiences. We love this daycare. All of the teachers are so kind and welcoming to my daughter. She truly feels so comfortable and at peace here which brings me so much comfort and peace! They helped so much with potty training it really flew by. I love that they post pics and keep us updated on the app. Director and assistant director are so involved with all the kiddos and you can tell how much they truly care. My daughter starts public school soon and we are so sad to leave ? Definitely sending my 2nd daughter here when the time comes !”

“My go-to place to bring my 11 month old to socialize. I have been coming here for three months now, and have already met so many other moms with similar hearts, and I have to say I don’t know what I’d do without this place. I love all of the staff but especially Mrs. Bayan, I truly feel she is the heart and center of Gymboree. She is so caring, and compassionate, and she is so experienced teaching kids of all ages. I love going to her crawlers class, and I cannot wait to go to her walkers class when my baby starts walking!”

He had a rough start to the school year in another program so we switched him to Reading Friends a couple of months into the school year, and he has thrived so much. “Excellent experience. The staff and teachers genuinely care. Our 3yo enjoys his time here, which gives us great peace of mind during our workday. The children in his class are very well behaved. He never complains about getting hit, pushed or anything like that (which happened frequently in a previous, highly rated daycare). I have also seen them address properly the behavioral issues in other classes. There is zero TV use here. Food comes from good sources (Kroger, US Foods) and it is prepared in-house. They serve organic milk and bottled water. Well worth the wait in the waitlist.”

“Honestly if I could give 10 stars, I would. I can not say enough how great the staff and teachers are!! Even though I found them by accident (COVID and no other pre-schools had space), I could not have found a better pre-school for my daughter than this school. Not only has she grown so much academically, she accepts other kids no matter what they look like, there is such a diverse student population. She has also learned so much kindness there, as well as Bollywood dancing, soccer. When she went through that really clingy stage, the teachers wouldn't mind if I walked her to class. She will definitely miss her friends and teachers once she leaves and goes to Kindergarten. I really love the women that work there, they have become like an extended family to us.”

“We love Tree House! It’s the perfect balance between learning and play. Mrs Ashley and Mrs Cassie have done everything they can to help us feel comfortable when we transitioned into daycare. Everyone there has been very kind and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and will continue to go to Treehouse for as long as needed. “After not having our son in childcare, at 18 months old we decided to enroll him to help further his socialization and learning. We toured 6+ facilities in the DFW metroplex before landing on Little Sunshine. We loved the building itself, the storybook touches, and the executive staff was incredibly kind and made us feel our son would be in good hands. He has been working through separation issues so morning drop offs are always emotional for him but his teachers are phenomenal and do everything they can to comfort and nurture him through the morning tears. Ms. Nicole and Ms.Carissa are so wonderful, and I love to see all the new words, signs, and skills he comes home with. I have no idea how they manage a room full of toddlers but they always seem to be genuinely enjoying it! One thing I immediately noticed was from our first day, everyone knew my sons name, and mine and my husbands name. It creates an instant feeling of connection and that your family isn’t just a number. As a very protective mom- I cannot express how nice it is to know our son is safe, and nurtured during the day- and having fun!!! The food they serve is excellent, and the daily activities are fun, themed, and very developmentally appropriate.”

“The moment we walked in, it felt like home. Our little guy, now almost 3 in a few months started a little over a month after he turned 2. It was a hard adjustment for both me and him but he adjusted quickly and now is a super talkative little guy who knows his colors both in English and Spanish! (we speak both at home) I must state that’s with him only going part-time! Mari is an incredible Director who’s dedication to the children and teachers shows in all that she does. Karla is the Teacher coordinator and such a breath of fresh air each morning, she is happy to see the kids. Our teachers (Marisol, Rafaela and Lorena) are incredible and truly treat the kids as their own. If you are questioning what’s your next step, take the step and sign up at SSH.
