Good hotel. I like it but it needs some improvements. You can see it is getting older. Some evidences of leaking roof in the room on last floor.

Wonderful time in Dallas i recommend the place is beautiful staffs are amazing! Breakfast is delicious! Really enjoyed my time!

This property is crisp and clean it is quiet and has an understated elegance The staff is ready willing and genuinely wanting to assist and keep the guests happy I particularly like the pool area and the wide layout of the property within a short walking distance is a great Italian restaurant La Scala so anytime I stay at the Marriott I work that into my trip

Lobby was beautiful. That was it. The rooms were worse than many 2 stars we've stayed in, and the beds were the worse of any hotel we've ever experienced. It was a night get away with the wife, it was a complete waste of money. If I could get a refund or another stay maybe in a nicer room? This room was small, had stains, old and super outdated.Rooms: Very small, old, outdated, and with the worse beds we've ever experienced anywhere. We finally got a night away without the kids and changed from booking a Holiday Inn Express to this. Huge mistake. Absolutely not 4 star room, honestly, there's 2 stars way nicer, cheaper, and include breakfast.

From the moment I arrived to the hotel my experience was great. Front desk staff was very attentive, professional and accommodating. My room was very clean spacious luxurious and I love it. The only problem was the hot tub was want working but that’s par for the course. I would stay at this Marriott and recommend it to everyone.

First impressions are great until you get to the room. The room is like walking into a 3-star hotel. The breakfast is the same as well also with a surprise bill of $24.99 per person which is absurd in both the surprising factor (there is no sign anywhere that says breakfast isn't included) as well as it being on par with a 3-star hotel breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it.

The outside, lobby and location are good the reason I’m giving low starts is because the rooms are tiny and stains everywhere. The other reason is the breakfast was as a small buffet at the lobby. We got our food just to be surprised with a check at the end. We didn’t know it wasn’t included because they had no sign and the food was so basic. Be careful.

The hotel is great. However, the lady at the starbucks is very very disrespectful. I don’t know if it’s because i’m Asian or not but she was being so unpleasant with me from the beginning. I just simply ordered a muffin and an iced vanilla latte but she didn’t even look at my eyes and literally ignored when i said thank you. Once she’s done with my order, she started being super nice again to this next customer who was a caucasian man. I felt disgusted by her attitude and now she ruined my day.

Less than 20 minutes from the airport.The room is old but kept clean.There is a coffee maker.If you ask the front desk, they will lend you a kettle.There is a washing machine and two microwave ovens in the basement.GYM is small.Water supply and rental towels are available.There are only Tex-Mex restaurants and liquor stores within walking distance.

Great staff and do yourself the solid of getting the concierge lounge upgrade! Larissa is awesome and takes care of her guests that stop in for their food and deserts!
