The Beneficiary Inheritance process left me feeling like Fidelity Investments is a Ponzi Scheme. It took WAY too long to process my small inheritance. Fidelity Investments is happy to take your money but very slow on releasing funds. Do your beneficiaries a favor and close your account while you're on your death bed, if possible. Do NOT put your beneficiaries through this AWFUL process! It is a literal living hell. The Beneficiary Inheritance process needs to be revamped, Fidelity. You claim the three step process takes 10 business days each but from my experience, each step was WAY over 10 business days. I was counting and the processors went over by a few days. It was mentality and physically exhausting as well as dehumanizing. -5/5 DO NOT recommend investing here.

Thank you, Fidelity Investments, for hosting the Fidelity Scholars Orientation yesterday! Our daughter enjoyed everything about the Orientation--the entire program, your generous hospitality, the atmosphere, the fun activities, and the wonderful mentors paired with her group.We thank God for Fidelity Investments, UNCF, TAMUCC, the Bill Gates Foundation, and ALL those associated with the partnership between each association that I may have missed mentioning that resulted in our daughter becoming a Fidelity Scholar--an opportunity of a lifetime! Thank you for blessing her!

Your satellite investment offices in Texas to lie to clients in order to get commissions. The person at the Irving location told me that the 0.07% that I would pay in commissions would include ANY AND ALL fees what-so-ever. That was a bold face lie. I am paying 1.5% a MONTH in commissions plus astronomical fees. Your sales people are LIARS. Buyer beware. Do NOT do business with these snakes. This is wrote to my "advisor"Jameson,You are not a fiduciary.You are not a financial advisor.You do not have my best interest in mind.You tried to take ALL of my hard earned dollars in order to continually lose my money.You continue to earn a hefty commission from my account which you do not manage.When I ask you why stocks are sold when they are at their lowest point and purchased when they are at their highest point, you tell me thatit is out of "your" control that there is a computer program that does the trades.You could not tell me why I am invested in everything under the sun rather than selected stocks because the Fidelity computer programdetermines what trades I am allowed.When I ask why your "computer" does not short stocks when stocks are falling, you say "it is out of my control".I worked 47 years to earn the money I handed over to you so you could earn your undeserved commission.You told me there would be ZERO fees. I see fees in each of my statements.You told me that the commission would not be more than 0.07% per year and that fees would be included, but we both know that is not true.I am 70 years old and you are destroying my life savings just so you can earn a commission. This has been going on for 2 years.
