“My cousin wanted to do a wire transfer to send money for earnest and option money on their new house. We weee running late with everything. The tellers were kind enough to help her and get a manager to assist . Normally it takes an appointment to schedule the wire but the manager was able to stay late and help out. The money was due by 5pm and the bank closed at 4pm. I want to thank Bank of America staff for going the extra mile. It's her first house and now they are happy to secure it. Thank you!”

“The pharmacy staff is very helpful. I have an elderly parent who takes many different prescriptions and they are good at helping me keep things straight. The store seems to run understaffed because I'm always looking for help checking out. If it weren't for the pharmacy I'd give it a lower rating.”

“I was sceptical about going to this branch as the reviews are horrible. I went ahead & set up an online appointment with the fraud department. I walked in as soon as they opened the lobby doors as my appointment was at 10am. I was greeted then advised to sit. I waited for 10 minutes before an associate walked over to me letting me know the original appointment was with someone else & she would assist so I didn't have to wait any longer. She apologized for the wait & the issues I was having. Kimberly was very helpful in getting all of my issues addressed & questions answered. My only complaints would be are the hours for the lobby as they're not convenient, use air fresheners as it smells a bit musty & be more transparent if you're behind on appointments.”

“Great friendly service! This store and Hulen store they are always helpful and insightful and always have a wonderful variety of groceries. The stores are always clean and they have sanitizers too! I go in to the stores and I've gotten curbside, soon or next I plan to try their delivery. I have bought their reusable bags some insulated for cold and some not just regular reusable and they offer ice to help keep your frozens and to keep your "cold products", "cold" (this is more so to use when it's hot but a nice perk.)”
