I could not believe how friendly and efficient this place was! We were driving through and decided to stop here instead of go to a Dallas post office for our twins’ passports. Could not have been more amazed by the service here. Not only was the lady behind the counter, Whitney, so friendly to us, but she multitasks and asked other people coming in if she could help them while she was processing our stuff. I was truly amazed by her friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Something you just don’t see very often these days, especially at the post office.Update: we forgot something on the counter and Whitney sent it to our home address.

What a breath of fresh air! While the USPS has a reputation for being lazy, incompetent, and merciless, this post office really wowed me! I couldn’t believe how well Whitney multitasked, helping multiple customers at a time WHILE answering phones, and filed our passport paperwork for our two boys in 10 minutes. They were friendly, diligent, and extremely capable. The complete opposite of the postal experience we had in Allen, TX just days earlier. The Postal Service really needs Whitney and Co. to train the rest of their agents in the other branches.

I called to ask if our carrier makes two deliveries as our letter mail had arrived but not our packages. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and so courteous.
