Wonderful experience entirely. Landry was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job getting us into a perfect fit for an excellent price. Needless to say we will be returning when the time comes for a new vehicle.

I will start by saying that I have purchased 5 brand new vehcles from this dealership starting in 2016. Each of them was at least $55k. I have also sent people there who have bought 3 trucks in one day. I’ve used the body shop and service centers many times. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and I will NEVER be back for anything. My son was given an estimate for an engine replacement on a 6.7 engine. He was told 5-10 days. 2 months later it is sitting there and they still haven’t done anything accept give us endless run around about how he needs to spend another $10k on top of the estimate or they wont do the work. He asked that they just do what they quoted and he won’t need a warranty or anything. They say ok and then decide nope, still have to spend the $10k. What they dont know is we already had another very reputable diesel mechanic give us a quote and tell us that nothing they are wanting to do is needed. We went with Sykora because this other mechanic had a longer wait time. Well he could have done it twice by now. Horrible customer service. Rick at this service department is terrible. Way to lose a customer for life.

A phone call makes a big difference! I rated Sykora Family Ford one star due to the lack of concern for a safety recall. Shortly after my conversation with a person who identified themselves as the service manager, I received a call from the real service manager. Donnie was understanding and apologetic about my problem and dissatisfaction with his service department. I did take my vehicle to another Ford dealership who made repairers on my safety recall the same day. But I will say that Donnie's call was 100% professional and understanding of how they should have responded to my vehicle problems. I will give this company another chance. Thank you Donnie.

Landry was the best! He helped get me into a Maverick from 2.5 hours away. I contacted my local ford dealer, DFW ford dealers and Landry at Sykora Family Ford got me the best deal out of all of them. He helped me work the process over text and e-mail, and made it super easy for me to drop in a pick up my new truck. Thanks for seamless process!
