Used a different pharmacy for 2+ year for every other fill before I made my way to Old Corner Drug, and they turned getting meds filled into a terrible experience into something that is no longer dreaded! Wonderful service from wonderful people that care!

Nathan and I want to thank Old Corner Drug for their excellent service while we lived in Waco. Mr. Nease met Randy while teaching at West High School. He found out Old Corner Drug was a compound pharmacy when Randy spoke for him in a chemistry class. Randy and their team made sure my specialized medication was created to my satisfaction. We would highly recommend them and continue using their service but we have moved back to Houston. Go Astros, and support Old Corner Drug in West, Texas!

It's one of two drugstores in West. And the other is three doors down, but this is the corner drug store you want to stop at.Old Corner Drug is like a trip back in time to an old drug store, albeit without a soda fountain. All they have here are the drugstore basics, so it's not a convenience store.But what they do have is priceless -- friendly help, pharmacists who are full of recommendations on over the counter options, and more than a few over the counter medications you won't find elsewhere. Case in point, recently a friend had severe allergies and I mentioned Actifed as a drug that worked for me, but is no longer made. She called Old Corner Drug and Randy, the pharmacist on duty, told her they carried Aprodine, which turned out to the modern version of the medication with the exact same ingredients.This is service and selection you won't find at a chain store.

This is this most on point personal and professional care from a pharmacy ever received. I was new in town but felt welcomed and taken care of. Not something you find in the big city. I’ve been type one diabetic for 25 years so I live in pharmacies! This is top notch! High recommended!

So glad I moved my prescriptions here. Everyone is polite and very helpful. The pharmacist takes his time to explain everything about new prescriptions and answer additional questions without trying to rush you or make awkward questions hard to ask. I love it here.
