Took my truck to get repairs over 2 weeks ago my husband calls and gets they will call you back which they haven't yet. It's really aggravating!

I was skeptical at first and none of the sales guys that I previously talked to were available.. But when I tell you that DAMYA took great care of me.. From the test drive to the final paper was signed.. She was amazing. She kept me informed the whole time.. Helped set up my OnStar.. Everything was great.. And I luv my 2022 Malibu ?.. Great dealership.. Will definitely recommend.. ?

This was a sad experience. I go in to buy a vehicle right. Well 1st the sales lied and said they will not run my credit because I was only looking at the time but apparently they need a soft credit look, which was the lie, it is a major credit hit. DONT RUN YOUR CREDIT PEOPLE UNLESS YOU FIND THE VEHICLE YOU REALLY WANT. So then I want this vehicle I saw so then THEY RUN MY CREDIT THROUGH 15 Fn banks just to try to get me approved. Ha. What a joke. Ran my credit down 100pts. I did not want my credit ran 15x. If it didn't work, STOP go to the person and say hey would you like us to keep trying. Nope. They don't give a crap about you. They just want a sale. What a joke. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE.

I submitted and application for a pre approval that I received. They ran my credit like 6 times and then told just stopped responding. I finally got to talk to the manager after two days of them not responding and he was upset with me because I was upset with them not communicating. They threw the blame back and forth between the sales agent and the manager. I will never do business with them

BUYERS BEWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! Do not waste your time and hard earned money in this place!
We bought a truck from Chevy of west in January and since then have had problems with it. We’ve taken back 8 times. When we arrived today to pick up the truck, they told us the bumper to bumper “lifetime warranty” that we paid for is no good and we would have to pay out of pocket. I told them they need to pay for it since selling us a bogus warranty. They stated they would pay for the one repair, but they will no longer do service for us in the future since the truck has “too many issues”. This place is a joke and steals peoples hard earned money for a warranty that doesn’t even want to cover a dime. They also left my husband’s truck with the brake line hanging and exposed. My husband and I have lost a lot of money from missing work because of this.

June/11/24 Got a used truck from here that they said passed their inspection. Within 4 or 5 months, i have had the check engine light come on 5x. They finally figured out whats wrong with it, but good luck getting the warranty work done they sell you. It's been almost 4 weeks playing the waiting game. Good luck getting someone to answer when you call or a call back when you leave a voice mail. Gotta call multiple times in a row until someone answers. I'll update if anything changes.
In response to the reply from chevy of west. I call every day and leave voice mails. You are able to call back any time you like
June/22/24. Still waiting on the warranty to get approved
July/8/2024. Still waiting
Aug/2/2024. Dropped it off to be fixed finally
Aug/3/2024. I guess there was a misunderstanding with the employee who set up my appointment. Still waiting but its on high priority now to be fixed now...
Aug/9/2024 after the truck sitting there a week still waiting so going to pick it up again until they get it figured out... maybe next year...
Aug/12/2024. Got my truck back finally. After battling with the warranty place they told me friday that they were just gonna put the oil pan on and buy it since its been taking so long. On the way to get it today they told me that they will eat the cost of the labor if i pay for the part. After causing a big sceen they gave me my keys and said take the truck the warranty is no longer valid here
Keep in mind i bought the truck jan 2024. First time i had to take it in with problems was in February 2024. Dont go here

I had an act reminder in my email to change my oil. I scheduled my appt on line and took my car in. Eric greeted me and said he would text when finished. It was not long after this he texted and I went and paid for the service and left. A very good experience.

Do not take your car to be serviced here, the service department will never ever pick up the phone and they will hold your car for over two weeks doing nothing but twiddling their thumbs. Terrible customer service period. ZERO STARS IF I COULD
Edit: DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE EVER. The car sold to me 4 months ago needs three tires replaced as Chevy of West sold me a car knowing that the tires were dry rotted. These are an evil people they do not deserve your money.
