The cleaning supply stock is always clean and stocked. Some of the vacuums have really low pressure and don't work properly. The pre-wash area before you wash your vehicle is a bit sad. The scrub brushes have splinters, the wash water is always dirty and everybody has to wait in line to use the pre-wash because there is only one operable bucket of dirty water. In the vacuum area after you wash your car, I have found nails in the parking stalls on several occasions. The actual car wash will leave black grease marks on your vehicle. The orange location is probably the worst. The bridge City one is a little bit better. The one in Port Arthur is probably the best. I pay around 25 bucks a month for unlimited, but even after going through the car wash I still have to scrub the bugs and dirt off my vehicle.
