Tori did an amazing job cutting my 7 year olds hair! She was also stepping in at times training Caroline who cut my husband’s hair. We ybooked appointments ahead of time and only waited a few minutes. Great experience.

My husband and I went Monday to get his hair trim. The girl that we use was on vacation. So AJ cut his hair. Last night he complained that the back of his neck hurt. I looked and he is red across his neck where the shears was used

AJ did a phenomenal job giving my one year old first haircut! She was patient and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. The haircut came out so cute! He looks like a little man now.

My husband and I did a check in online as requested by Summer(hairdresser). We followed the rules. While sitting waiting our turn another couple comes in the waiting area stressing how they were in a hurry to get haircut to get to a funeral by 2pm. (A funeral doesn’t just pop out of thin air, they are planned). However, he was put in front of everyone. We had a funeral to attend the next evening. So we leave after we realized that this system they have doesn’t work. We watched Summer cut hair and complain to the young man she was working on for at least 45 minutes. They are short handed and all frustrated. However she (Summer) was mostly gossiping. If you know Saturday is a busy day why not plan better.The check in thing doesn’t work.Ironically we went to Walmart after leaving a little frustrated. Then 10 minutes after arriving there about 1:57pm in walks the elderly man that needed his haircut for a funeral at 2pm. Shopping in Walmarts. I had to muster a laugh. Because having worked in the prison system most of my life with inmates, this reminded me of just how gullible people are. They will believe anything.So if you’re into people watching and a little bored. Go try them out.

Went to get my sons haircut for school and I told her exactly what I wanted and she shaved off almost all my sons hair. I wanted it short on the sides but long on top and now he has this little weird strip of long hair with everything else shaved. I don’t remember the stylist name but I constantly have anxiety now when I look at his hair. I know hair just grows back but I feel like I can’t take any pictures of him for school or anything. The manager tried her best to fix it and I appreciate her part in trying to make it right but that other hairdresser should be retrained or fired. She didn’t seem remorseful or anything and told me how I should style it when it was just honestly a horrible haircut.Service: Kids' cuts
