I've never had a problem personally, but I hate how you can't call the bank staff. You get put on the phone with all these different agencies and get put on hold for an hour when one of the tellers could quickly tell you. Don't ever expect to be able to call the bank itself.

I opened an account, they have been very courteous, haven't had a problem with them, always be polite when I go to handle business, and helpful.

They're pretty good for the most part. I deal with them because of the hrs. Only bad incident I had was with my wife trying to put money in my account while I was stuck at work. She had my account number, my driver's license number and would not let her deposit the money. She had to get me on the phone and I had to threaten to close that account before they let her. Then she was rude and said "we'll do it just this once"

This Bank is the worst bank i have ever dealt with. The cashiers have no manners and their rude. It takes them forever to do one simple transaction. And it takes 14 days before u see ur money deposited to your new account ridiculous I think. Not worth your time and i would not recommend this bank to no one. I'm looking for a new bank now so I don't have to deal with this people....

RUN FAR far away... The worst bait n switch I've ever seen. New to area shopped around for a local bank to switch over to. I was told I would have access to what I open the account to and then told a 9 business day hold. I had cash. This branch here at walmart is Full of empty promises. As I was talking to the manager who seemed bothered I had requested to talk to her. A sweet old lady forgot her password to her debt card the teller rudely told her idk what to do guess you'll have to call the 1 800 number turned around and was talking about another customer with two other tellers who just walked away after being talked to rudely 38 years old and never have I seen such disrespect. If I could give a negative star I would.

Extremely unprofessional treatment by the employees here. An issue arose that required me to think about using another bank because they wouldn't allow me to deposit money into my account and made multiple excuses as to why they were denying me. None, I repeat none, of their reasons were even remotely valid to the point that I had never even heard of such “rules for all banks†in my life. I know it was simply untrue, and it took going to the manager to complete my request. While being processed, the original teller made rude comments and faces at us to the teller working with me then refused to answer my questions. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I should have expected this from a WalMart bank, I guess.
