Didn't have what I needed. I was told it'd be about 2 weeks. Went to O'Reilly's and got it and fixed my truck. I should have known better. Last time I ever go to that store.

This store is the absolute worst. The people have no idea what they’re doing. As a commercial customer it’s annoying you have to wait on only a commercial person to do your commercial account and most of the time they’re backed up or helping another customer it takes time away from what you’re trying to do to sit on hold with them only for them to turn around and tell you they have to order the part anyway. But on the other hand, all of O’Reilly’s employees can look up your account find the part you need and send the part to you. I spend a minimum of 10 grand a month at O’Reilly’s.

This place is not safe. I bought a Star or connoisseur's march in this place and when I bought it, an African-American woman over 60 years old helped me and did not put it in the system. I had to buy another one because I don't have the receipt. They don't want to check their cameras to assure me the day I bought it because they thought they didn't have time. They called the police to yythis is not a pleasure.yprosesarme

Had the best customer service experience here today & learned something new!My terminals to my battery were corroded and battery charge sensor was unconnected.The manager I believe her name is Mary, was a huge help and got me fixed up! 100% will be back, appreciate the help so much!
