Alicia was fast and amazing, I don’t like going to Orange but I will for the Att store. They have always been nice and so helpful. All the stores should be this great.

As soon as I walked in the store I was being helped. I purchased a 2024 Samsung plus.I had an issue with the network. I couldn't make any calls or texts. I walked back into the store. She made a phone call and issue with the network was resolved

This place is so helpful ! They got me in and out and were patient with all my stressed out questions, cuz when your phone acts up it’s never a convenient time in life.Today I went back and they helped wipe out my trade in phone ! A+ rating in my book!
