I've transferred yearly maintenance from the dealership to Westlake Auto Care after the warranty expired. (I've found dealerships to be less than honest.) Have been very pleased with these visits. Recently I had issues with the front brakes, and the mechanic, Martin, was very open about the repair: the car was still safe, and the repair was optional. This week a similar issue appeared with the rear brakes. He diagnosed the issue and is attempting a quick fix to spare me the cost of replacement. And he didn't charge me! I live close by, and Martin was very accommodating about shuttling me back and forth. Westlake Auto Care has earned my business for the long-term.

Charged me $538 for my two back brakes to be done. If you go to the Texaco down the street it’s $387! Sweet employees but you can get the work done just as fast and cheaper down the street.

If you want terrible service and to be treated subhuman then go here. From beginning to end Jose acted like he had just been served divorce papers by me, culminating in what I interpreted as him wanting to get in to an argument. The only other way to describe the experience is that it would be like going to prison for a vehicle inspection (but honestly the prison guards are probably nicer).

Horrible service. Mechanics don't seem to know anything whatsoever. Insanely overpriced. Take your car elsewhere. Save yourself!!!!!

Service was beyond horrible. SCAMMERS!! Destroyed my tire and TRIED to overcharge me. I denied the service due to the over charge (idk if it's the location or due to the fact that I'm a female) and not only did they leave my car with the original flatten tire (with a patch taken off) but they refused to put back on my spare tire which was how they received the car. I took my car with the spare and they gave my car back to me with the air coming out due to them taking the patch off. So horrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

My wife just left this location. Complete scam! Came in for plugs that are usually FREE OR JUST TIP but noooo not for these scammers, $45 was the price someone magically came up with. After not wanting to pay, these jokers rip the plugs out causing MORE damage to the tire. Guess who needs a whole new tire now?!? Me that's who! Save yourself and go anywhere else.

Two stars. 1st star for convenience of location 2nd star for ease of inspection for car registration ---------- My husband and I both took our cars here for their inspections prior to getting our registration renewals. It was fast, easy, and loved the location being nearby. Unfortunately when we called about having a tired repaired, it was a very unpleasant experience. Tesla vehicles need special lift equipment at car service centers. After finding out they do tire repairs, I asked if this can be done without lifting the vehicle. Since a lot of repair places do in fact lift their cars for tire repairs. The answer given by the gentleman was quite snarky. Like, what a stupid question I asked and why would I ask such a thing. Then when I asked how much the repair would cost, I was told $20. I was surprised bc I had found other locations, such as Costco, to only charge $10. When I mentioned this, the gentleman again replied with a smarta$$ attitude & told me to just take my car there than. As someone who has worked in various service industries & has dealt with all kinds of customers, I know that you should always be respectful. This was not the response I had expected and I truly hope the person I spoke with was not the owner. Needless to say, I will not be taking my business there anymore.

got an inspection for one car on monday. no problem. took in our other car just now and the guy tried to sell me wiper blades. they’re completely fine and even once i called him on the game, he doubled down. won’t be coming back.

Was very impressed here. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Went for my first auto inspection since arriving in town, and they explained a somewhat convoluted process to me.
