“Best Service I've Ever Gotten I have a trip to LA coming up and OF COURSE I waited until the absolute last minute to find outfits for partying. I didn't know what I wanted to wear or where to even start butttttt the manager, I'm sorry I missed her name, was so kind and patient and really threw herself into helping me find the right outfits to wear. She really went above and beyond helping me feel and look my best, so I'm very grateful for that. 10/10 recommend you shop here next time you don't know what to wear or just want to look good!”
“This is definitely a good place to shop for a pair of boots, I bought my favorite pair of Lucchese boots here. The staff is friendly and helpful and it's worth visiting just to know what this integral part of Austin is all about. Many of the boots are priced for Congress Avenue, but occasionally you will find a special deal on something quite beautiful. It's worth visiting on a regular basis to see what might appear.”

“Secret Oktober is a staple of Austin and I have been coming here for years for all the dark or bright clothing and accessories I want for my wardrobe. There is such a diverse range of styles here that it is worth you coming to check out for yourself. From socks, hose/tights, jewelry, shirts, dresses, and jackets they have it all here. The sizing ranges too from smaller to even 2-3X sizes too which makes me super happy. Not everything is going to be on the larger size but take your time when you are here and look through the racks. There is something that will catch your eye. This is Secret Oktober's new spot located on Menchaca that shares a coffeeshop, music venue, a bookshop, and even a bicycle spot all within the same shopping area. It is in the perfect spot to park and walk around to visit the other shops. Super happy to welcome them to South Austin!”

There was a great spread of clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and much more. Not to mention, the coffee and atmosphere is phenomenal. Highly recommend this store for your local coffee and shopping!”
“Cody Lykins, Lead Guide at Bonobos Northside Domain, is exceptional. I’ve been working remote since 2020 and my closet was severely outdated. After I walked through the doors, I was able to give Cody and the team a quick rundown of where I’m at with my wardrobe needs, walk all I’m looking for, and what look I’m going for. Cosy provided 10-star professional guidance from concept to completion, and I was very happy to walk out of the store from a tailored, end-to-end shopping experience. I highly recommend going to this store if you are looking for some clean, professional, and nice/breathable quality clothing, and also appreciate non-pushy, active-listening customer service. “The staff was just amazing, so was the atmosphere. Such an amazing place, I’m in Ohio and the area I’m in we don’t have a local skate shop for miles and miles. Being here was a joy to me and it’s a very welcoming place that even had a coffee shop inside, they have a large selection and a skatepark next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone new or experienced.”
“Great, one of a kind, amazing place to visit. They are the small American Veteran Owned Businesses you feel good supporting through purchasing amazing products. You will not find more comfortable shirts or shorts. I have 4 shirts I bought from them in 2011 and I can still wear them. Neck is not loose nor are there holes in the arm stitching. Seriously, you can buy anything from this store and know you will be happy with the product and who you bought it from.”
“The building is outstanding both inside and out and is a feast for the eyes. They have a tailor on site which is great because if you're paying the kind of money this place charges you may as well go the whole way and get a perfect fitting outfit.The clothing was well done and the styles were fitting for what's trendy now but my wife and daughter felt the prices were far too high, I didn't mind spending the money but they felt they could get more for less elsewhere so that's what we did.So while not a five star for me if your into this brand and price doesn't matter compared to value then it's a great place.”

It’s difficult to find alternative/goth clothing in my area unless it’s Spencer’s or hot topic (which usually don’t have the greatest options) I’ve never left this store not buying something! “We had an appointment this weekend at league of rebels. They were very nice even though we were 30 minutes late due to issues missing the bus. This is a very high end location. I felt very taken care of and could see there were many options for both off the rack suits or custom. Although we did not make a decision, we felt the service was excellent. The location is under a bit of construction outside but they are open!”

“Not just the place for shoes but also affordable clothing for men and women and plenty of places to sit down and change your shoes which I appreciate it tremendously!Organized and neatly kept clean with a friendly customer service staff gentleman who helped assist me in my mom and even went above and beyond to make sure I saved a few more dollars after identifying that the shoes that I brought we're in the wrong box and wrongly marked and save me some money cuz they were on clearance!They have a clearance aisle area for men and women that is easily identified in the corner heavily recommend checking that area out is totally worth checking their first!Elsa have a rewards program to makes it easy to navigate to store and they even found two pairs of shoes for my hard to find feet that were a perfect fit in record time!Was easy-going experience and will definitely be back! :)”
