I have used this pharmacy for years and received mostly good service. However this week I had an unpleasant experience. My doctor called in a prescription to the Westlake location on Wednesday. As of Thursday afternoon, I still hadn’t been notified that the prescription was ready. When I called a pharmacist named Scott told me they had the prescriptions but that they weren’t scheduled to be filled until Friday. The reason he gave was high work volume so that they only filled about 30% of the routine prescriptions daily. I explained that one was routine and the other definitely was not and that I needed it. (Actually I had needed it the day it was prescribed.) He cut me off fairly curtly and said both would be ready in an hour. My point is, Scott was curt and borderline rude. Also why is the pharmacy deciding whether a med is routine or not. I will continue to use HEB pharmacy, just not the Westlake location.

I usually use curbside to pick up my groceries weekly. I have an account through the HEB website that allows me to order online and choose my pick up time. They also have a delivery option but it costs more. I have used the delivery option once and it was a positive experience. I have been using the curbside pickup this since before the pandemic of 2020. I have experienced many different things throughout. Extra groceries, missing groceries, friendly people and more reserved people. It just kind of depends on the day. They are always willing to work with me if I have an issue and call it in. The majority of the time I have experienced good service. The food I receive is in good shape. I'd recommend it if you want to save some time.

I am so disappointed today. On the pharmacy website, it clearly states that deliveries can be made on the same day as long as it is ready and you call before 3 PM! When I called and spoke to CJ, he said that the information on the website is incorrect and that the cut off is 2 PM. When I asked him why they don't correct the information, he basically admitted that HEB is too large to make sure that those types of store specific changes. How disappointing, since I have a trip in the morning and have no way to get to the pharmacy today.

Always fresh veggies! The staff is super helpful. The food choices are a little different at every store, this one has variety. It's always clean and the hours work for me.

It’s kinda tucked away in the store so not totally obvious, but it’s one of the best priced pharmacies in the area and always turns around my prescriptions within an hour. Easy to call and chat with and never much of a wait.

Terrible experience with two pharmacy employees. The first one states I didn’t have a refill on file, which I did. The pharmacy was out of the medication that I normally take however they did have another brand which took me asking several questions to find out. Then he said you don’t have a refill but we will push it through anyway. No, I do have a refill but he didn’t want to simply say he made a mistake. Then they call me back 4 times in a 3 minute window which is very odd. I return the call to speak to the most rude and condescending female that I’ve ever encountered. She said they would not fill it until Monday even though my doctor and insurance company approved it for today , Saturday. I asked several times why they wouldn’t follow the doctors instructions & she refused to answer. I said I will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere then and she said very quickly “ok fine” and hung up on me.I truly hope the calls are recorded and someone at H-E-B corporate listens to both calls. No customer should ever be treated that way.

So disappointing. I understand how good HEBs can be. The Meuller HEB? Fantastic. This one? A good selection and a clean store, but rude, careless workers. My curbside orders have incorrect items, damaged products, and rotten produce. Workers here generally don't care about doing a good job. Really disappointing.
