“Raynard in the deli is an absolute asset to this store. I went in there looking for some lunch; I have a very strict diet as I have advanced liver disease, I'm telling you this man knew what he was talking about, and was the kindest gentleman. The salads he recommended were fresh and excellent! The world needs more Raynards. He made my month. Thank you, Raynard! You're the best!”
“I usually use curbside to pick up my groceries weekly. I have an account through the HEB website that allows me to order online and choose my pick up time. They also have a delivery option but it costs more. I have used the delivery option once and it was a positive experience. I have been using the curbside pickup this since before the pandemic of 2020. I have experienced many different things throughout. Extra groceries, missing groceries, friendly people and more reserved people. It just kind of depends on the day. They are always willing to work with me if I have an issue and call it in. The majority of the time I have experienced good service. The food I receive is in good shape. I'd recommend it if you want to save some time.”
“I have used this pharmacy for years and received mostly good service. However this week I had an unpleasant experience. My doctor called in a prescription to the Westlake location on Wednesday. As of Thursday afternoon, I still hadn’t been notified that the prescription was ready. When I called a pharmacist named Scott told me they had the prescriptions but that they weren’t scheduled to be filled until Friday. The reason he gave was high work volume so that they only filled about 30% of the routine prescriptions daily. I explained that one was routine and the other definitely was not and that I needed it. (Actually I had needed it the day it was prescribed.) He cut me off fairly curtly and said both would be ready in an hour. My point is, Scott was curt and borderline rude. Also why is the pharmacy deciding whether a med is routine or not. I will continue to use HEB pharmacy, just not the Westlake location.”
“If you happen to be in the area, please stop in to get some good food. There is a small grille in the store and they have excellent breakfast tacos in the morning and other items like burritos, tacos and gyros for lunch. My favorite is the picadillo beef burrito. It is so flavorful and spicy along with the chicken fajita taco. They will light you up spicy!! Warning! They serve a sandwich called the Smokehouse Griller. It is prepared with habanero ham, jalepeno cheese and boars head pepper mayo. Hot, Hot, Hot!”
“Good afternoon, Austin. ??♂️? Another hot, & humid day in the city. Remember this: each day that you awaken you & I have an outlet to hold business, cops, your management at your complex etc: let's hold them to the fire like they do us. "Us" being: The People In this City of Austin, & any other city across this nation. Before I continue, please understand
A Police Officer Male, or Female, do exactly what they are hired to do....Server & Protect.
A cop puts on the uniform & they're dressed
to kill. This is why "WE" "The People" need to start helping each other by exposing things that are not right.
That said: I personally have nothing bad to say about HEB. I like shopping in their stores
& they seem to have pretty much nailed it. I took a friend out to BeeCave, where she was working 2 weekends ago. BeeCave is a very nice area if you're not familiar. Where there is money: there are great schools, stores & most other things.... are kept at a level of standards.... that people with money can be demanding.
Be safe this weekend & be kind to everyone
If possible.
Good & Love To The World.... ❤️↔️??”
