I bank at Fost because they are the friendliest most "can do" bank anywhere! I have used several other banks in the past. They always ended up being a disappointment. Never at Frost. Always "yes we can help you with that. What else can we help you with." Thank you to Scarlet and Chad!!! If you don't have people like Scarlet and Chad helping you, you are banking at the wrong bank. If you live in Austin don't bank here it's a complete dog and pony show. They have a $100 million dollar building yet hire kids out of high school who pretend to be bankers. No business card , no laptop and no office was my last experience. I own my home ($800k) and my car. Sought a $9000 personal loan and was declined. I've deposited well over $130k in the past 10 months and they gladly take my deposits. Go to any credit union where you might be treated as a person not a valued Texan as they espouse in their advertising
