Craig was a lucky Zillow connection when I was browsing options on if I wanted to go down the rental or primary home route.
Responsive and very quantitatively driven, he put together comparative numbers and zip-code based analysis quite tirelessly. Throughout the process he opened quite a few doors for me and helped narrow down neighborhoods and houses. What I appreciated the most was the clear analysis on how I could weigh my pros and cons and the distinction between what I could settle for and what I shouldn't.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and thoroughly enjoyed working with Craig. Would highly recommend him.

Craig is an exceptional realtor and helped my partner and I navigate the complicated process of buying our first home with ease. He is very proficient with the dynamic nature of the real estate market and understands the miniutiae of details that should be taken into consideration when purchasing a home. As a realtor, he is a strong negotiator but also has the detailed eye of a builder and is able to point out various details of a property, such as quality and functionality of the home. He was very patient and always answered our multitude of questions promptly.
