“I've transferred yearly maintenance from the dealership to Westlake Auto Care after the warranty expired. (I've found dealerships to be less than honest.) Have been very pleased with these visits. Recently I had issues with the front brakes, and the mechanic, Martin, was very open about the repair: the car was still safe, and the repair was optional. This week a similar issue appeared with the rear brakes. He diagnosed the issue and is attempting a quick fix to spare me the cost of replacement. And he didn't charge me! I live close by, and Martin was very accommodating about shuttling me back and forth. Westlake Auto Care has earned my business for the long-term.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Trent and the technicians from Tech One Automobile! From the moment I called, Trent was friendly and professional. He quickly arranged for a same-day diagnosis of my car, which I greatly appreciated.

When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I understood what would happen next to get my car checked out. The technician was efficient and thorough, identifying the source of the oil leak in no time—turns out it was my oil cooling line that had been damaged from hitting a sidewalk.

Trent then assessed the repair costs and provided me with a printed quote, complete with a timeline for getting the necessary parts and completing the repairs. He also mentioned the possibility of a discount if I decided to have additional work done, which was a nice touch.

“Eddie is an electrical genius. I had a malfunctioning horn that would randomly go off and not stop until I removed the fuse. Several mechanics tried to resolve the issue but failed. The horn was the bane of my existing and highly embarrassing. Then I found Eddie. He identified the cause of the issue after performing diagnostics and fixed it for an affordable price. I can now drive in peace with a working horn thanks to Eddie!”

It is an honor to be a member of the Austin Infiniti family. Let me start by saying I drive from San Antonio Texas to Austin Texas for services for my vehicle. Dave Henricks (Service Advisor) and Mario Trevino (Inspector) are without a doubt the ideal professionals representing Austin Infiniti extremely well. There professionalism an expertise gives customers the calm and ease of knowing that their vehicle is in the care of caring professionals. I applaud the care and concern they give each and every time I am trust my vehicle to them. They are the Abraham Lincolns of Austin Infiniti. There Dave is the most honest service advisor I have ever encountered in the 8 years of me owning my Infinity. I take pride in writing this review because all too often the bad is said but the good is always overlooked for just a thank you. “Such an amazing, honest shop!! Our car randomly started screeching and we assumed we’d need brake pads or rotors changed or something that would cost us a bag. These guys were so nice, found a tiny rock in the backing plate, and got us in and out in 30 minutes. With the way the car sounded, I’m pretty sure other places would’ve turned this tiny problem into an unnecessarily costly one. Would definitely recommend!!”

“We were in a situation where I was 7 hours away from home in Austin TX. The vehicle showed low tire warning. We called around to find a tire repair shop. The first place I called wanted to charge me $50. So we called Tires to you and was told that if the tire was repairable that they would repair it for free. I couldn't believe it. I had never heard such a thing. I went over and the staff of young ladies were very nice and very knowledgeable about tires and tire repair. They found 2 nails in the tire and some wire showing. It was deemed unrepairable, but the did mount my spare tire on the vehicle and they didn't charge me a thing. I would definitely do business with them if I'm ever in the area again. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.”

“Truly one of the best mechanics in town. Having maintenance knowledge myself, Danny didn’t recommend anything that didn’t need to be done on my vehicle. He’s a straight shooter and goes above and beyond to make sure customer vehicles are road ready. He was very communicative throughout the few days my vehicle was with him. He’s very knowledgeable and on any given issue he is transparent about what needs urgent attention versus what might need attention in the future. You can confidently take your vehicle there, and rest easy knowing that your vehicle is in good hands.

Prices are acceptable given the quality you’re getting. However, some services like a synthetic blend oil change are on the high side of the range ($60). With car maintenance, you get what you pay for and Danny is providing honest and quality service to the people of Austin. Worth every penny.”

“Honest, affordable mechanics. I drive an old Subaru and recently conducted some much needed maintenance late last year (timing belt, water pump etc). He was well priced and was able to complete the job quickly. A few weeks ago, my lights came on and I brought my car in to get the issue evaluated. Fateh fixed the issue quickly and did not charge me as he said the part was under warranty from the work he completed last year. Will definitely be returning!”

“PERFECT! That's all I can say. I had a deep ding on the rear quarter panel from some guy at work who probably opened his door and drove the point deep into my (perfect) finish. He obviously saw what he did. No note, no offer to pay! All the body shops said I needed a new rear quarter. I called the fly-by-night come-to-your-home guy with the $30 Amazon dent kit. Rather than admit he could do nothing with this, he tried, made it worse, and charged me a fortune. Dent Repair Shop was recommended to me. Charlie made no promises, I was hoping for 80% but got it 100% PERFECT. I had to wait two months to schedule but was worth it. Comparable to what that amateur clown charged.”
