Always a great experience. I can find elegant outfits with the perfect jewelry. They carry clothes for all ages. I have found so many gifts here. The boutique is locally owned, so that’s wonderful. All 3 locations are slightly different, so you must hit all 3!

They sell really cheap fast-fashion -- don't be fooled. I bought a dress from them on a Friday and upon further inspection, found that its seams were fraying like crazy. I brought it in the next Tuesday, unworn, with tags on, in the original bag, and with a receipt. The manager refused to give me a refund. Apparently, they have an exchange-only policy, but they won't tell you about it. They have a small sign posted by their cash register, but it's easy to miss.The manager wouldn't budge and didn't seem concerned about working with me. If they sold quality goods, I would have accepted the exchange, but I'm not in the market for a different piece of clothing that would fall apart in a month or two.Buyer beware.UPDATE: Not sure what the owner is trying to pull with her response, but the email in it doesn't exist. Hoping it's just a typo, but I'm suspicious.

I had heard great things about Adorn so I decided to stop in before the Holidays to shop for my mom and sisters. The store manager (Katie) was AMAZING. She had such a great attitude and was incredibly helpful.

Love the styles of clothes and the jewelry. Both locations are great in Lakeway and Bee Cave, but the Hispanic lady who works in the Galleria always remembers me which makes it an extra special stop :)
