DO NOT USE! This pharmacy has the absolute worst service. Went to pickup a prescription after visiting urgent care and was told they hadn’t received the medication prescription. Called the urgent care the next morning and the prescription was confirmed received by the pharmacy at 7:12pm the evening I went to pickup my prescription. Called the pharmacy after speaking with the urgent care staff and was told again they didn’t have the prescription. About an hour later I received a call saying my husband had a prescription ready…well wouldn’t you know, they filled my prescription under my husband’s name because our last names matched…thank god I’m not a Harris or Jones or Lord knows who would have gotten my medication.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. The woman with long curly brown hair was awful and rude. I was checking on refills for my children and couldn't hear her. She scoffed, put the phone down and talked to me in a very condescending manner. She does not belong in her line of work. I am 29. I can't imagine how she treats elderly individuals who suffer from hearing impairments. Every time I visit this pharmacy there is another rude, stuck up pharmacist treating everyone like we are inconveniencing them.

Been on hold for almost 20 minutes now. People keep picking up the phone and putting me right back on hold without even saying “please hold” or anything. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when all I need is a yes or no answer. This is why I usually do business with CVS in WC.UPDATE: 35 minutes into my Hold wait. 4 times I’ve been told to “please hold” without asking what I want and 9 times where they just pick the phone up and immediately put me on hold.

I come here every 2 weeks to fill my script. I have been on this medication for some time and have had many horrible experiences trying to get it filled, but here it has never been a problem, and if there was any issue, they have always worked with me to figure it out!! :) I truly appreciate the kind, helpful staff and pharmacist!! They have been wonderful and I highly recommend this location!

I waited on hold for 45 minutes, given incorrect information about prescription delays being due to insurance. I waited on hold for 30 minutes a second time and again given incorrect information. My insurance did a 3 way call to try to help me get situation resolved, only to be on hold, person at Walgreens was very short and had to ask someone else about the issue and hung up on the call. The pharmacist never acknowledged me when I came to pick up prescriptions. The technician explained to me that they don’t call Doctors and or insurance to clarify prescription issues they only communicate electronically. This pharmacy is BROKEN. I will not do business with any Walgreens again. I rate them a Zero. This is the first time I’ve ever rated them but there has been other times I would have rated them a Zero in the past 6 months.

Fantastic! And boy they were busy on a Friday evening around 4pm. All of the staff were patient and professional. Be patient! They had people coming from all sides. If you are getting a booster it takes about 45min. Whether they are busy or not it seems.I was impressed!

I am not sure how this place stays in business. The service at this location is hands down the worst service of a retail establishment that I have ever seen in my 55 years on earth. They do not even look at you when you talk to them. On hold all the time if you are not sitting at their drive through for an hour.Way understaffed or way mismanaged.

Horrible service, way understaffed, wait time was almost an hour,,,,, in the drive through. Avoid at all cost. Agree with two reviews below, transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. Save yourself the headache!!!

I would leave zero stars for this location if I could they are constantly understaffed at the pharmacy they're out of supplies often and to be quite honest there's really no management at the store.
