Gave me a storage unit I cannot lock. If I would have known it was going to cause me this much trouble I would never have purchased a unit. They take forever to get back with you.

I left 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. The door code doesn't work, and its impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone to get it fixed.

I have been trying to get a cancellation corrected for two months. They do not receive any mail. You can only use a credit card. They continue to bill me even after I have canceled. I spoke to them twice by phone still not correct the problem .
