Don’t waste your time going to this place. The staff is rude and dismissive. It’s like they don’t even want your business. You’re better off going to Border Animal Hospital or Altas Palmas.

I am literally parked here outside right now. I got off my vehicle and as I was about to open the door a man opened it and rudely said I cannot enter because they are curbside service only and closed the door. I just wanted to know if they take walk ins so I managed to ask right before he completely closed the door and all he said was “CALL THE NUMBER”. I used to take my dogs to this place when they were at another location and they were the nicest people. Now it’s so disappointing and sad that that is the first interaction I have with a worker there.

Worst animal clinic. People sit in parking lot while animal is treated (you hope) and then they insist you buy your heartworm medication (way overpriced) from them. They will not issue a prescription for meds when other animal clinics will.

Took my baby pup for vaccines and was bad experience overall.. I only went here because RIO RICO VET in Mercedes wasn’t open. I would totally recommend them over this place and it’s only 9 mins from there. they only do curbside. They take your pet inside and you don’t get to see what they do to your pet. ( or if they even do anything at all) My pup needed vaccines and dewormer nothing else. I was asked if I wanted them to run a test to look at her feces to check for worms I told them no need because I knew she needed to deworm either way. I was charged $108 dollars for 1 shot, “medical examination” and a feces test I had already said no to. Never going back and I would never send anyone to get vet services for their pets here.

Didn’t take my sisters dog in even though she was bleeding a lot and was on the verge of dying. Had to take her to another clinic.

Friendly and such SPECIAL staff took car of my two dogs and one cat needing shots and eye drops and flea medications for all of them THE VERY SAME DAY!!! Better prices than Border Animal Hospital!!!!

Terrible place my dog came home all beat up from fighting other dogs had to take it to the vet when asked the lied and said nothing happen do t trust these people
