Very unprofessional need to call corporate asked to get a copy of phizer vaccines and they denied and said no to many people losing them !! They cannot withhold that from you even if we had to pay for that piece of paper we would very upset and disappointed oh by the way it's the walgreens in weslaco ? needed it to get my daughter her booster

Been to this location and they never write down the info on med need to find out from dr how to give the med to my kid this people need to do the work 100% and when call to get info they get mad need better workers

Wow! I never had a complaint about them before but whoever I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude. He spoke to me with a very condescending tone when I asked for help getting a hold of my prescriber. He said "I can't go down to her office for you.", which is not at all what I was asking him to do. Then he hung up on me. Terrible customer service!!

Racial Discrimination (Racist Customer Services Against Asian Customers) Unethical Behaviors Employee Required to be Re-Training in Customer Services & Practices on Walgreens Returns Policies This Review goes to Mr.Hugo, an employee at Walgreens at this location. The time of this incident is around 7:30 pm on July 17th, 2020. He has demonstrated racist and unethical behaviors towards my wife and my sister-in-law during their visit to Walgreens to return the products (babies diapers) that they purchased the wrong size. They (Mr.Hugo and the manager) racially denied my wife and my sister-in-law even though they provide all the necessary proofs (ID, Invoices, Order Receipts, Order Number, and Their Phone Numbers). They continuously lying and saying to our ladies that he couldn't find their orders on their systems. The manager who is responsible for that shift told our ladies that they will not accept the returns, lying to them that this store and the warehouse doesn't carry these items. They told us that we can give these items to friends or relatives. I have to come to our ladies' aid and ask them to return the items. The manager looked up the system again and apparently found their orders. While my wife and my sister-in-law have to wait for nearly 1 hour thanks to Hugo! Therefore, if Walgreens Management Team and Customer Service Team find my reviews, please have this employee, Hugo, to be re-educated in customer service and Walgreens Policies so that no-more of these events will happened to any customers! #racialequality Walgreens

I'm a frequent user of Good RX and for some reason Walgreens seems to be the most expensive store choice to choose prescription coupons from. When it comes to buying food or groceries other than prescriptions it's an okay store to shop at. I feel like their items are a little pricey. Walgreens is not my first nor second choice for one stop shop.

I came in for a flu shot. No one else was waiting at the pharmacy counter. One young man was helping a customer at the drive through but he acknowledged me and called for someone in the pharmacy to come do a consult to sign me up foR my shot. No one came and he called a second time but out of the three people working in the te back including the pharmacist, still no one came forward to help. I left with no flu shot and really disappointed with the service / or lack there of.
