Went it trying to simply switch lines. I had my wife’s old phone that I paid 800$ cash for. Michael assisted me and soon as he saw the phone said “woah bro, I can’t touch that phone” I explained to him that I bought it cash years ago MULTIPLE times and he was still acting like I stole the thing. When I asked him what I had to do to make it work he said “pay off the phone from the carrier you owe it to” after that I told him I was switching to spectrum and he literally laughed out loud as I walked out

Once again, 1 star is too much. During my visit, I asked my salesperson Orbutz [sic] why he didn't tell me the best price first? He said "That isn't my pitch" I told him "I don't want to be pitched!" He pleasantly asked me to leave, have a good day and God Bless you. What a twit!

Walked in looking for accessories and not a single greeting from any employee one was helping someone and the other employee was sitting down in the front desk on his phone completely ignoring me! I’ve worked for verizon before and this was the worst customer service I’ve witnessed!

Sales person was misleading. Did not explain charges to our account. Did not do follow thru about our trade ins. Very confusing . Disappointed in the whole transaction. Would not recommend cellur Sales or verizon.

They serve you in a bad way, they are despots with no desire to sell. The salesperson is one of the most grown-up people there. I asked him if that item was in another store and he said that he worked in this one, that's why T-mobile is better than Verizon.

Me and my husband are winter Texans and had lots of trouble with our phones. Marty Villarreal Helped us get new phones and took time to help us understand it well. We are in our mid 80s and he had so much patience! We would recommend him to any of our friends! Thank you Verizon for choosing him!!

The guys at this store care more for commission rather than to help you. I Asian like guy, I did not care that I was there talking to him. He left and kept me waiting. Another customer told him that I was waiting, and he replied that I did not mind. If It is the option for zero starts I will give them that. No valen chetos.

Awesome Professional Service provided by Marty Villarreal today. As a New Customer to Verizon Store (Weslaco) today I was rapidly greeted with a smile!! Marty was very attentive and detailed when answering my questions on various phones and plans. I left the store with an awesome new line and free iphone!! Management and Marty keep up that Great Customer Service!!! Look for Marty Villarreal I promise you’ll get great service and the best deals!!
