The Air Machine at their store doesn't work and the rude employees inside claim they can't refund the money because they claim the air machine is owned by "another company" eventhough it clearly says "Stripes" on the machine and it clearly says "Stripes" on their building.

Assistant manager to be tried being confrontational. Threaten to call the cops on me for have a private conversation with my daughter. As someone who goes to stripes on the daily this was rediculous. Never returning they need to train this so called assistant manager about customer service.
