Requested Notary services, was given written appointment for Saturday 8/17. When I showed, was told that they don't have Notary services on weekends. Told them I had a confirmed appointment. They said their corporate office does that but they don't have control of it. I looked at the person telling me this with a stupified expression at the explanation she had just given me. So basically,
"corporate" tells your customers that they have an appointment, they take time off their day to drive to your store only to be told that it's not true. Wow!!

I always use The UPS Store in Weslaco for all my shipping , returns and printing . It is so convenient and the service from all the associates is friendly and efficient. Irasema and Sonia has been there for a lot of time and they responded instantly to all of my requests.

Daniel went above and beyond to help me be able to copy needed papers from my phone. So I was able to get copies made and an Amazon return all in one stop. I noticed how all the employees in here are so efficient , friendly and helpful. Busy place but the are efficient and get customers in and out quick!

There are enough employees to service everyone in a timely manner and I have never stood in line longer than 5 minutes. Super fast and very friendly.

This store doesn’t care for customer service. I overnight a package and assure me it will get next day or they’ll refund me. Package got there 2 days after and I been calling and sending emails for a refund and they just give the round around.

I read reviews about the Harlingen UPS Store. They were awful. I then drove from Harlingen to the UPS Store in Weslaco. They were awesome. It was super busy but I was in and out in a few minutes. Friendly and very helpful.
