Had to wait 10 minutes just to pay my bill which takes two minutes at most. And too boot I had to pay 5 dollars fee to pay bill at store. I miss sprint with SPRINT I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS

Friendly. Helpful. Took care of my issue. Rick Soto took care of me. He seemed happy to help me. all employees were professional and easy to talk to.

If I could give negative a million stars I would. Majority of the employees are disgustingly rude and very unprofessional. Never going there again. I have never been treated so horribly by anyone until the day I went to this store.That specific person who “helped” me, if I can even call it that, should be fired. They have no business being around customers, especially if they’re going to be a disgusting unsanitary slob and FLOSS their teeth in front of me, yell and start an argument with me in front of my kids. And what’s sad is not one manager or employee stepped in to deescalate the situation the employee started. Ridiculous.If you're that miserable and don’t like your job, quit or check yourself, but don’t be taking it out on your customers.

As a 20 plus year customer I was treated like if I was a deadbeat who never paid the bills. The new manager of the store is cluelless and the entire staff need to get fired immediately.

Went today to pay my phone bill and the woman that took my payment didn't give me my receipt at all, there excuse was the system was down, and I did complaint against this t-mobile store in weslaco, tx ,not only that ,the woman working there was being very unprofessional and needed an attitude adjustment

Very bad service, I was hoping for them so help me on doing a file claim for my iPhone but I got no information. I don’t recommend people going to that one.
