Horrible customer service. Pretty sure he ignored me for 20 minutes while standing in like because I was a woman. Suggestion to anyone, go somewhere else.

If zero stars were an option that would be my choice. Fernando is an issue of customer safety. Today he tried to deny me of a military discount telling me SW only offers 10% which after calling corporate it was clarified that SW gives 15% discount for military. After a simple issue of misunderstanding Fernando proceeded to lunge at my husband who was holding my five month old infant from behind the counter. He sounded like he was trying to fight my husband who was only trying to clarify the issue of using the discount. Fernando then kicked my husband out of the store again while holding my INFANT and then proceeded to argue with me very unprofessionally. I felt so disrespected and concerned for my safety that I refused to purchase the products I spent 30 minutes selecting. Fernando was extremely rude to every customer who came in the store while I was there as well as to the customers calling in over the phone. If you value your safety, DO NOT choose this location. And if you’re a veteran don’t expect any integrity from Fernando. Worst experience at a paint store ever. Not a friendly environment at all.

Treated with disrespect, no customer service rude to painters and people that are asking simple questions. God forbid I have questions about paint thanks Mr. Fernando.
