The employees are so knowledgeable about the products and very professional. This store isn't as large as the freestanding stores in the mall. But 90% of the time they have what you are looking for. Never rush you which is refreshing!

Second time I come to this location. Both times I come to get help with foundation and both times I leave with having waited 45 minutes for nothing. The first time, one sales lady was busy attending to register and other lady was gossiping about her ex boyfriends new girlfriend with some people that were just passing by, not even at Sephora. Second time, only one sales lady who was calling for the other by walkie talkie and was getting no response. She just kept on taking people with questions and left me sitting with instructions to take off my makeup on one side of my face, which I did, and never came back. I was the second person there and instead she was screaming saying hold on, ok? Hold on ok?? So unprofessional, horrible service. I left without a foundation yet again and no makeup on half my face.

Worst customer service ever! I was looking around for a new foundation and once I chose one i wanted to try. I looked around for a associate to ask for help. All of them were busy helping others so I waited for one who was available. Every time they were done with one they would strike a convo with a customer they knew and never acknowledged me. I waited to see if anyone would approach me and ask if I needed help. I waited 20 minutes and still they were talking. I got fed up and walked to the counter where they were and the women for thief prevention told them I needed help. After I got help the women helping was so rude and just wanted to get the foundation match over with. I told her I also needed a concealer from the same brand I chose. She chose a color for me and tested it on me. From the tester!! Didn't even place it on her hand or got something to get it from the bottle other then from the applicator from the bottle!! That was so gross! Then she jabbed at my eye like nothing she struck so many times in my eye!! I quickly took my make up off so I wouldn't get anything just Incase. I will never go to this Sephora again.
