We had rented a wheelchair for a week. Picked it up Thursday 6/23 and dropped it off 6/27. Deposit was $55 and to rent was $20. Went to drop off and was only given back $35 for the deposit saying the entire $55 wouldn’t be given back. Employees aren’t helpful whatsoever. I was extremely disappointed with them not keeping their word. Will not be going back there.

$$ an arm sling w pillow for post rotator cuff surgery. Used it for 10 days n a belt velcro attachment n arm sling section tore off. Was given runaround/no return policy. It was defective. Demanded replacement. Finally got one. After owner approved it.
