If it is your first time getting insured, I do not recommend this insurance agency. My policy was cancelled after being suggested to pause my autopay. I spoke with an agent before it officially cancelled and was not notified. The agent claimed to work on my policy yet it was cancelled. The worst part of all this is that they could not take accountability for their error. As a customer I was able to take responsibility of my mistake but they could not. I then talked to the manager who continued to solely blame me. While I’m still dealing with what happened the manager decides to make remarks on why I did not call. Never was I disrespectful to any of them.
I raised my voice due to being in an accident and to find my insurance was canceled. I hung up because the manager kept insinuating it was only my fault. Go somewhere where you can trust your agent.
