Phillip in the paint department was extraordinary. He prepared 25 1 gallon paints without hesitation! Great customer service from him!

Worst customer service. Don't get me wrong , the employees, if you can find one, are mostly nice, however, as a PRO customer I am in line at LEAST 30 minutes every time I have to go. Mainly because they have only one person at a register at a time. All hours of the day I wait. Need at least two people at all times maybe three with the volume. I don't have that kind of time. They all seem so disorganized. Is it a Home Depot thing? Want always like this.

Terrible customer service...waited for 25 mintes fir assistance in getting a tool from high shelf. Counter help called fir someone 3 times no one showed , asked two workers they give a dead stare and walk off. ...at least act like you want to help. Ended up gettung ladder and tool myself.
