I love banking with PlainsCapital. They're always friendly and helpful. They keep me up to date if there's anyone phishing around my bank account. They helped my kiddo with a savings account so she could save money as she went to school. I like working with a Texas-owned bank. I can't recommend them enough!

Had a issue on 5/11/18 til this moment haven't heard from anybody n my acct is with no funds cause nobody had time to fix the problem n also called the main branch n talked to a supervisor named K said will write a ticket instead of taking care of issue right away🤔😡

i cant stress enough how important it is to communicate with your clients instead of wasting their time and money. I've waited fifteen mins just to pull cash out then come to find out the dam atm is out of order...so guess what, in line for thirty mins.and by time I get to teller, they are in a bad foul mood.
