Don’t stop at this branch. Came in to open an account and was not greeted and just got ugly stares as if I was an inconvenience. 4 cubicles available, but no one there to help. Choose another branch if available close by. This one is not it.

Wait times are unnecessarily long. I've never experienced such disrespectful behavior from a bank. I do not plan on doing business with them in the future, nor do I recommend anyone else doing so.

I love banking with PlainsCapital. They're always friendly and helpful. They keep me up to date if there's anyone phishing around my bank account. They helped my kiddo with a savings account so she could save money as she went to school. I like working with a Texas-owned bank. I can't recommend them enough!

i cant stress enough how important it is to communicate with your clients instead of wasting their time and money.
I've waited fifteen mins just to pull cash out then come to find out the dam atm is out of order...so guess what, in line for thirty mins.and by time I get to teller, they are in a bad foul mood.

Had a issue on 5/11/18 til this moment haven't heard from anybody n my acct is with no funds cause nobody had time to fix the problem n also called the main branch n talked to a supervisor named K said will write a ticket instead of taking care of issue right away🤔😡

Need more workers on saturdays i always spend more than 25 min at the line waiting and there is people that spend more time, saturdays is always the same story at the weslaco branch!
