HORRIBLE. If your ever need to leave out of town and want your vehicle safe. Leave it here, and you will have a minimum of 5 days or more of covered parking. Took my vehicle in for a SCHEDULED service. 4 days passed and still not a simple diagnosis on it. The vehicle was just parked. Same thing always said, your next in line, should be done in 1-3 days, and we'll give you a call soon. It's all scripted. Reconsider purchasing a vehicle from Payne.

Did NOT get good service! Made appointment over 2 weeks prior to our appointment for Monday, Dec. 18 at 10:30 AM. Took it over and left it. 5 days later after no diagnosis or service for back up camera and many texts and chats to at least 5 different persons stating our issues all they could say is they would tell service people. RIGHT!! STILL NO CALLS FROM PAYNE. Will not recommend Payne Auto to anyone!

The service time is horrible. I called to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I took my vehicle at that time. My vehicle was there 3 days and hadn’t even been checked. I finally just picked it up and took it to another dealership. What is the point of an appointment if they’re not going to service it at the time they tell you to take it?

I wasn’t very happy with my last service at this facility. Service was good but upon inspecting my batteries i had a corroded battery terminal. The service advisor told me they would clean all my terminals on both batteries for 29.95. So I agreed to have it done for 29.95. When I get the bill they only charged me 29.95 to do it but there was a 15.12 shop charge for the repair order which I was not told about. So I ended up paying 45.07 to have my battery terminals cleaned. If I had known I would not of had it done. Service advisor said there was nothing he could do about the shop charge. When someone tells me they will do something for a certain price, that price is what I expect to pay. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this place in the future. I expect them to be honest with me when they tell me a price.

Took my truck to get checked because it was shifting hard. First they said prior to doing anything that I had to buy a battery because without a good battery they couldn’t continue. Yet I take my truck for service every 5k miles, and nothing had been said about the battery. Then after being diagnosed it turn out to be the transmission. So I understand it was going to take a little bit to get fixed, but the bad part about it is that them knowing this they couldn’t not help out with a loaner car. They also don’t know how to text/call/email how it is going. Which in the long run it could of at least been done out of courtesy. When we called to ask about it, either they didn’t pick up, didn’t call back, or even had our numbers blocked. We even got called liars because we told them they charged us wrong when we where looking at the invoice at the end yet it didn’t match what we was charged. At the end of the day they still got there money and they couldn’t at least take off the battery install charge of $45.00 for not having the truck ready when they said it was going to be ready.

Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The team listened to my concerns about my vehicle and contacted me as soon as they found the problem. My vehicle was fixed by end of day. I was assured that my vehicle had no other issues. Thank very much.

Went in for a state inspection. They were friendly as always. Took me in right away and the wait wasn’t long. I would recommend going to them, always a great experience

Will never go there agsin .My dsughter was quoted a price, then they charged her 130 dollars. Other ford dealer I called has full synthetic oil fir 60 dollars. This place is a rip off snd will not recommended anyone to go.

We have been a loyal customer since we purchased our vehicle in 2017. Took our car there for all services, big or small, from oil change, inspection, to installation of a whole set of new tires. Currently have our vehicle in the shop for an engine replacement, and Mr. Oscar Gonzalez, the shop manager, as well as Mr. George Rivera, the service advisor, have been very helpful in making sure my needs are met.
