Service department is terrible at keeping their customers updated….to begging with when I purchased my vehicle in 2022 I purchased the full warranty…. Was promised if my vehicle broke down need a service I would get a rental car while my truck was being fixed so took my truck in the month of april of 2024 a month and a half in service no rental vehicle was provided kept getting the runaround I finally get my truck back and 2 weeks later truck breaks down again same issue fast foward to today 6/27/2024 I call I get hanged up on I have spoken to different”supervisor ” with no help at all… it’s sad it’s the vehicle I use to move around with my girls and I have to be asking friends and family to either lend me their vehicles or to give me a ride it’s extremely stressful and frustrating

Beto was such a great help, he knew what we were looking for and did not disappoint when it came down to finalize for the vehicle. He’s knowledgeable with his products and the whole experience with Payne ford was nothing but the best! I would definitely come again to purchase another vehicle.

Service Personnel were friendly and good. I do wish they would’ve told me they were going to keep my car for a few days but from what I understand, that was Fords fault for not informing Payne that they did not have one of the parts Payne needed.
