Horrible place avoid it, told me a price for a truck was 67k and I show up the truck price is 107k. They wanted to talk numbers that they would lower the price. A bunch of scammers is what they are.

I got an upgrade notification letter and an email from Payne Weslaco, and it said that they were offering us a good deal in terms of interest rate and loan length.I contacted my previous sales person, and he suggested going to the dealership to check the deal (also, when I completed the online form from the deal , I got a call from their sales person). We went there, and saw the truck, after that we even started the process to buy it. Long story short, they didn't honor the offer that they sent to me and went super high on the monthly payments. Called the people from the letter Lori and John the dealership GM. Lori never answered my call, the receptionist kept sending it over back to the sales person, and John only answered the call from my wife's phone. He basically told her that he didn't know how that deal was set up and that the interest rates were an average, which is not true as you can clearly see in the images, and he also told her that they don't have those offers available. Conclusion if you are sending an offer letter and your website shows the deal, why turned down? Honor what you advertise and what you show on your website. Overall, that was just a scam and waste of our time.
