This metro is not itttt. I had gone in to disconnect my old phone and have my new phone connected, and the lady did it and all, but in the end she made a mistake and connected some other phone. She had already charged me and everything, and i wasn’t even able to connect the phone that i wanted to connect in the first place. Not only this, but i paid for insurance on my phone or something. And honestly i don’t even know if i have it because this lady didn’t know what she was doing. In the end i was charged $40 for literally nothing because I didn’t even receive anything I asked for. The lady said that supposedly I would receive a refund within a couple of days since I paid with a card. But i never received anything. I quite literally got robbed of $40 at this place.

Have been a metro customer for more than 7 yrs and Metro by T-mobile has always given me the best plans and best services. Thank you Abril and Jasmine for all your patience and support.
