Just went in on Sat to switch companies, well got the iPhone 11 and not even 12 hours later my daughters phone heats up!!! I’m top of that looked at my receipt and got charged $43.00 dollars for a wall charger that I did not ask for! My thing is that they should ask the customers what other accessories would they like when purchasing the iPhone, I did not even get that,they just put it in for you! I think that’s very rude and unprofessional!!! Please ask before you charge! Now I’m stuck with a wall charger that is not needed versus something I could of really used for the phone

The employees were very rude especially the little boy with the bandaid above his eye. Worst employee ever. This is how they treat their existing disabled customers.

Have given this store numerous times of chanses to gaine my respect but every time failed un profetionol employees that dont inform custemers nor advice then dont recomend to nobody . Ensted go to the one over at pick fast and ez to do things
