I went in because my phone wouldn't turn on and this kid with glasses insisted I sat on the phone and damaged it. Putting words in my mouth saying I told him I did. I usually get goo service here but this kid is ignorant. He couldn't help me cause my phone was damaged. My phone was not physically damaged !!
